SPARK is a global community designed for small and medium-sized

enterprises (SMEs, businesses with less than 250 employees) participating

in the UN Global Compact, who are the critical drivers of job creation, poverty

reduction and sustainable economic growth.

Foundations of Corporate Sustainability is a new UN Global Compact program designed to help businesses in French-speaking Africa gain a solid foundation in corporate sustainability, supported by the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative.

The African continent is now positioned to be the most important driver of global business with a $3 trillion market opportunity. The Global Africa Business Initiative puts the private sector at the center of the discussions and the solutions. 

This accelerator is an opportunity for participating companies of the UN Global Compact to empower young talent within their organizations to collaborate and accelerate business innovation towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The ABLC is a CEO-led initiative emanating from the UN Global Compact Africa Strategy 2021–2023, and is committed to advancing sustainable growth, prosperity and development in Africa by bringing measurable impact to its most pressing issues. 

Climate Ambition Accelerator is a six-month accelerator programme designed to equip companies with the knowledge and skills they need to accelerate progress towards setting science-based emissions reduction targets aligned with the 1.5℃ pathway, setting them on a path towards net- zero emissions by 2050. 

Target Gender Equality will support companies engaged with the UN Global Compact in setting and reaching ambitious corporate targets for women’s representation and and ensure equal pay for work of equal value.

SDG Ambition is a three-month accelerator that aims to challenge and support participating companies of the UN Global Compact in setting ambitious corporate targets and accelerating integration of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into core business management.

Each year the UN Global Compact recognizes a class of SDG Pioneers — business leaders working at any level of their company who are using business as a force for good to advance the 17 SDGs.
